FIKO is a private industrial company owning a titanium mill in Kiev for production of ingots and rolled materials. Our group is represented in the World market for about 12 years. FIKO is a member of International Titanium Association and International Tube Association. We supply our products to Germany, France, Finland, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Turkey, South Korea, China, India and other markets. Our titanium mill has been operating for 13 years. We produce ASTM Grade-2, Grade-5 and 9 as well as GOST VT1-0, VT6, PT3V, 5V titanium ingots with their further working into bars,tubes,sheets,plates,wire. We offer our goods in both large and small quantities from our two warehouses - in Kiev (Ukraine) and Marktredwitz (Germany). Our special offer - standard and unique equipment for chemical and other industries,titanium and stainless steel heat exchangers. Furthermore,we can also supply melting furnaces equipped with cold-cathode type electron-beam guns,600 kWt capacity for ingots production from titanium,zirconium,nickel,copper and other metals. These furnaces were created and patented at our titanium mill in Kiev. Possible productive capacity of such melting facilities is two six-ton titanium ingots per one melting. The output per year is up to 2600 Mt. Quality management is certified by TUV. Under your order we can:1) design and fabricate electron-beam facility - from laboratory furnace to industrial facility.2) supply the spare parts for electron-beam furnace:guns VTR-600,vacuum system,power supply system and other.3) design and manufacture the unique equipment with your drawings from titanium,stainless steel or other non-ferrous metals.4) take orders for production of titanium ingots and other hot-rolled items.5) take orders for production of seamless titanium tubes of different diameters and wall thickness.
